6. Shipping and Delivery

someone is available to receive and sign for curbside deliveries where required;
the designated delivery area is clear and accessible; and
the product can fit through entryways, hallways, and intended placement areas.

Customers are responsible for measuring doorways, hallways, elevators, stairways, and intended placement areas before delivery. Delivery agents may be unable to move furniture, remove doors, or remove old chairs. Additional charges may apply for stair carry, extra time, failed delivery attempts, inaccessible delivery areas, or other delivery complications.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, restocking fees, and non-refundable charges are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Warranty

A. Standard Warranty

Unless otherwise stated for a specific product, eligible products may include a 3-year non-transferable warranty covering defects due to faulty parts, workmanship, or structural defects during the first three years, with:

parts and labor covered for the first year;
parts costs covered for the second year; and
structural framework covered for three years.

B. Extended Warranty

Where purchased, a 2-year extended warranty may extend total coverage to 5 years, with:

parts and labor covered for the first three years;
parts costs covered for all five years; and
structural framework covered for three years.

C. Exclusions

Warranty coverage does not include:

shipping expenses;
transportation damage;
theft;
abuse or neglect;
improper installation;
unauthorized repairs;
electrical disturbances or power surges;
environmental conditions including fire, flood, or weather exposure;
normal wear and tear including velcro, zipper, or fabric issues;
physical damage such as stains, fluids, mold, water damage, or animal damage;
products used in commercial settings; or
products purchased from unauthorized dealers.

D. Warranty Service

To obtain warranty service, customers may be required to provide proof of purchase and obtain an RMA number before shipping. Warranty service is valid within the 48 contiguous United States and Canada unless otherwise stated.

E. Authorized Dealer Statement

As an authorized Osaki dealer, eligible warranty coverage is valid for qualifying Osaki products purchased through Better Life Massage Chair. Purchases from unauthorized sellers may have warranty claims denied by the manufacturer or warranty provider.

9. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable, valid for 1 year from purchase, and delivered via email only, unless otherwise required by law.
