All massage chairs can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
Please keep all original packaging for at least 30 days after delivery in case you decide to return the product.
To complete a return:
Returns sent without an RMA number may be refused. No returns will be accepted after the 30-day return window.
Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated by us in writing:
Additional service charges already incurred, including certain delivery upgrade fees or access-related charges, may also be non-refundable where applicable.
Please inspect your product and packaging promptly upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible at support@betterlifemassagechair.com or 702-773-6115 so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
Defective chairs reported within 30 days may be exchanged for a new unit, subject to inspection, eligibility, and any manufacturer requirements. Visible delivery damage should be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
If your return is approved and received in acceptable condition, we will process any applicable refund to the original payment method within a reasonable time. Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time before the refund appears on your account.
Original shipping charges, White Glove service fees, restocking fees, and similar non-refundable charges will be deducted where applicable.
